Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born April 10 1986) was a model and actress from India who mostly was seen in Hindi movies. In 2004, Ayesha Takia won the Filmfare Best Debut Award for her performance as the lead in Taarzan The Wonder Car which served as her acting debut. She has been in several popular films, including Paathshaala (2010 Wanted) Salaam-E-Ishq (2008) as well as Socha Na Tha (2010). She first appeared in the commercial Complan. Shahid Kapoor was her co-star in their iconic I'm Complan man"I'm Complan gal commercial. The remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin also included her. Her popularity grew because of her success in the remixes of India. It was at this point that she began to receive offers to star in Bollywood film productions. Takia had been scheduled to make her debut with Socha Na Tha due to delays in production, was made aware of Taarzan following her first appearance.
